DELHI: The tour commences from Delhi, the political capital of our country. On reaching Delhi you will be taken to your hotel by our Representative/Chauffer for check-in. After relaxing we will leave for Delhi sightseeing, which is a perfect fusion of old and new with monuments and modern malls and structures. Proceed to visit the historical Red Fort, India Gate and the President House (the official residence of the President of India) , Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar. New Delhi is city of malls where you can do shopping of all high end brands. Enjoy authentic global cuisine in any of the good eating restaurant.

After early breakfast proceed to take a luxurious drive in the pre booked cab to the City of Taj Mahal, Agra which is nearly 200 km from Delhi and takes nearly four hours to reach by road. On reaching Agra check in the hotel. Relax and proceed towards Agra Fort. Visit the Taj Mahal- one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Erected in pure white marble, the beauty of this resplendent monument looks even more magnificent during the sunset and under the silvery rays of the moon . It stands as the symbol of love of Mughal emperor Shah jahan built for his wife Mumtaj Mahal.

 

Come back to the hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and head towards The "Pink City" Jaipur which is approximately 240 kms away from Agra and takes nearly four hours to cover the distance. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri which is one of the splendid examples of Mughal architectural brilliance and is the best example of the blend of Hindu , Persian and Mughal architecture. Few interesting structures in Fatehpur Sikri are, Buland Darwaza, Diwan-i-Khas- known as "The Jewel House", Panch Mahal is a fascinating five storey building offering a panoramic view of the area. Check in the hotel. Enjoy a meal of Rajasthani food.

Day 6 - Delhi to Varanasi (by Air) 1:20 h/m

After breakfast you will be transferred to the domestic airport to board your flight to Varanasi. On arrival in Varanasi meet our representative who will escort you to your hotel for check in.

Varanasi is the religious capital of Hinduism and is the oldest living city of India and of the world. Confluence of the two rivers Varuna & Asi gave the present name Varanasi. Afternoon, enjoy an excursion to Sarnath, the buried Buddhist city where Buddha preached his first sermon. Sarnath was a renowned school of learning from 16th century BC to 12th century AD. Visit the ruins, the stupa, the Buddhist temple & the museum. At the museum is the Ashok Pillar with its four guardian lions, used as independent India's national emblem.

Day 7 - Varanasi

Early morning visit to river Ganges for a boat ride to see the bathing Ghats (river bank) and cremation site. Sunrise view of the riverfront from a boat will be a amazing spiritual feeling. The life on the Ghats bound in an endless string of rituals; ever-changing aspects of the river & the wide landscape across have fascinated visitors from all over the world. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Evening visit to the Ganges for seeing Aarti (worship of river Ganges).
